Building 2003 montero sport

Due to the lack of popularity the aftermarket bumpers are limited to none. At least for the 2003 model. ARB makes one for the 99 model. So building my own.

It’s not necessary to buy the 1.75 inch lift but it does make the suspension a lot better.
33in KM3 tires will fit stock if you crank the torsion bars with no cutting at all.

I wanted a project.
In my younger years the Montero Sport came out and it appeared to be ahead of its time. Couldn’t afford one then but now they are quite a bit cheaper. So a project began.
The plan:
Fix major issues
CV axels, New tires, O2 sensors, oil leaks, and tune-up. I’m not a mechanic but had to work on my own cars growing up.

Thanks for joining me!
